March 18th Weekly Highlights

EASTER SUNDAY

Easter is a great Sunday to invite friends and family to attend one of our gatherings with you. Included in your bulletin this morning is an invite card for you to use. Start praying about who you can invite to join you!

WORK DAY SCHEDULED- MARCH 24TH

We want to spruce up around and inside the church before Easter Sunday. Many volunteers are needed to assist from cleaning chair upholstery to putting  a new roof on the modular unit outside.  Please let us know on the connect card if you are able to assist in any way.

HEARTS FOR THE HUNGRY – MARCH 27TH

Mark your calendars for Tuesday, March 27th when we will serve dinner downtown. We meet at the parking lot on the northeast corner of Bridge St. and Granada St. at 5:30pm to set up and the meal starts at 6:00pm.  To make a donation of food, finances or time serving on the 27th contact Kathy Corey.

COMMUNITY EASTER EGG HUNT- MARCH 31

Mark your calendar, invite your friends, and come out and join us for our Community Easter Egg Hunt on March 31st from 1pm-3pm. We still need your help, we need 1,000 pre-filled plastic Easter eggs for the Easter Egg Hunt and 4 or 5 more volunteers a sign-up sheet is on the lobby table and start filling the box in the Lobby by bringing your filled Easter Eggs into the church.

RELATIONAL EVANGELISM TRAINING – APRIL 7TH

Wish you could talk to your family, friends, and neighbors about Jesus but feel like you don’t know what to say or even where to start? We’re partnering with Global City Mission Initiative to bring a half day of practical training on how to make disciples throughout our city and beyond. We want to see our city, and the world, come to a relationship with Jesus. Not a natural evangelist? Don’t worry. This workshop is designed specifically for you. Join us Saturday, April 7th from 9am-3pm. Lunch will be provided.
